Where has all the fresh air disappeared?

Where has all the clear air disappeared? Well, we killed it. Since last war over water and oil sources a few years ago our air has been too polluted with chemicals, dust and with deadly radiation if the wind is blowing from the wrong direction.

We were stupid, we thought we can win the war and get more water and oil in order to survive and keep our standard of life. After the war there is only a few people who need water and oil and now we would paid in gold for a clear and fresh air. But there is no one to fight for the air.

Only older people remember now how it was to have the freedom and do no have to go out in the gas mask, they remember the wind in their face, the smell of the fresh air full of ozone after the summer storm. Maybe our children will experience this in the future if we won't be so stupid to fight over something again... There are rumors that there are vast forests somewhere where you do not need the hated gas mask but no one knows where it is. Only the hope for the fresh air in the future keeps us running, keeps us alive.
